Our basic core services are designed to enhance resident independence, dignity, and well being - laundry services, meal preparation, cleaning services, medication management, etc. - but more than that, our empowering and professional staff goes the extra mile so that families can be secure that their parent or loved one is receiving truly excellent progressive care. For those residents who have specific medical or other needs, flexible, individualized service plans are created to provide additional services they need for a high quality life.

Varying levels of care are available to our residents, and each resident is provided with comprehensive Personal Service Plan prepared to address their individual needs and desires. These levels of service are determined based upon the intensity and frequency of the services provided, which may include, at additional cost:

Our Guarantee:

We try to make moving in to a Country Place residence as easy and stress-free as possible. First, we pay for your move in. Then, our guarantee is simple. If you stay with us for 30 days and are not fully satisfied with our services, we'll pay to move you back home.
