The Next Step| Prospective franchisees who are committed to “doing well” in business while “doing good” for others can proceed in the franchise selection process by completing our online Confidential Information Request Form. Once your confidential information is reviewed, you will be contacted and provided with detailed information and begin to answer your questions about the Country Place Living franchise opportunity. If you meet our financial, business and personal requirements and have serious interest in Country Place Living you will be invited to attend a Values and Vision Day, where we will explore our mutual business goals and vision. We are looking for the best fit between our mutual values and thoroughly discuss our options with prospective franchisees. A Values and Vision Day meeting will include one or more site visits to see Country Place Living residences in action (takes approximately a day and a half). We encourage all of your business partners to attend the Values and Vision Day meeting –but don’t bring a checkbook! |

At the Values and Vision Day you will receive a Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”), as required by the Federal Trade Commission. If we have a mutually successful Values and Vision Day, you will then be asked to meet with our executive team to discuss the final application process. Once your final application is received and approved, we will execute a franchise agreement and proceed with the development of your Country Place Living residence. Still want to know more?
