 Many assisted living residences feel overly large and institutional, so we set out to create a smaller and more intimate living environment; one uniquely suited to mature adults 75 years and older - Country Place Home Plus. Our unique 8-bedroom, 3,600 square foot Home Plus residences are created especially for seniors who may need additional or specialized care. For personal privacy and dignity, each bedroom has an attached powder room. Each residence offers a home-like environment and a comfortable, caring, and cozy atmosphere. Maintaining good health is paramount, and delicious meals are specially made each day that meet the specific nutritional needs of seniors. Each thoroughly trained staff consists of certified, experienced and caring senior living professionals and nursing staff who provide care and support with skill and enthusiasm.

Model Rooms

Professional interior design services are available at our Home Plus residences to create an elegant but comfortable bedroom and powder room décor. All of our residents are welcome to bring their favorite furniture or life-long treasures and make them part of their individualized living space. In fact, we will contract with local movers to ensure that furnishings and possessions are set up and ready to go when a new resident arrives. Or, choose a turn-key solution with furnishings provided; the choice is yours.
