| A: | The activities at our residences evolve daily, but our most popular activities are: Country Place Seniorcise, Sing-a-longs, Arm Chair Travels, Trivia, Book Reviews, Manicures, Pedicures and Foot Spa, Crafts, Popcorn and Movie Nights, Bingo, Card games, Local church services, Bible Studies, Patio Parties, Bar-B-Ques, Dominoes, Gardening, Birthday Celebrations, Guest speakers, Guest musicians, Wine & Cheese parties, and much more. |

| Q: | What are Country Place Living’s amenities? |
| A: | All Country Place Living residences offer a luxurious living environment and our kitchen prepares freshly made delicious meals. In addition we offer housekeeping services, laundry services, personal emergency alert system, available medical staff, close to medical facilities, backyard patio and BBQ, stimulating activities available, and a family like atmosphere. Country Place Home Plus amenities: Spacious bedrooms with an attached powder room. Country Place Senior Living amenities: Spacious suites with private bathroom and kitchenette.

| Q: | What are the levels of care? |
| A: | There are four levels that allow independence and freedom to choose additional assistance as needed. We can provide as much or as little assistance you may desire. |

| Q: | When is the deposit due and how is it used? |
| A: | A security deposit is due when you move in but can also be paid at any time prior to establishing a room preference and priority contact when a suite is available. The deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to moving in if you request it. When a resident moves out, the deposit is refunded minus any damages to the room. |

| Q: | Once I move in, what happens if I need a higher level of care?

| A: | Care levels are reviewed annually, at a resident or families request, or at a time of significant change in health. At that time, the staff will discuss all aspects of the care needs with the family and create a plan of care that is best. |

| Q: | Who pays my move in expenses? |
| A: | Country Place Living will arrange for moving and pay any expenses for that move. |

| Q: | What if I move in and am not completely satisfied |
| A: | We offer a 30-day money back guarantee and will pay to move you back home if you are not satisfied with your new home. |

| Q: | Are pets permitted? |
| A: | Absolutely, in fact encouraged. We have a pet agreement that establishes the responsibilities of pet care, and a non-refundable deposit is also required. |

| Q: | What is Country Place Seniorcise? |
| A: | The benefits of exercise for aging seniors are well documented and the Country Place Seniorcise program helps support the ongoing health and happiness of our residents and guests. The activities are a lighthearted form of exercise that is conducted in a game-like and participative atmosphere.

| Q: | Who can participate in Seniorcise classes |
| A: | Everyone is encouraged to join in the activities and gain the benefits of staying fit, flexible and fun-loving. Country Place Seniorcise is offered to both our residents and the general public. (Click here for public seniorcise classes in your area.) |

| A: | Most do! All the amenities available to residents become services of our Adult Day guests. |

| Q: | Does Country Place Living accept private insurance?
|
| A: | Most long-term care insurance companies pay for assisted living care today. In fact, they often prefer it because it is less expensive than nursing home care. Each company has its own conditions however. We are able to review the policy and answer any questions the insurance company may have for you. |

| Q: | How can I get on Country Place Living’s waiting list? |
| A: | A fully refundable $500 deposit will allow you to have selection of your room and view, and be placed on a first come first served basis.
